Monica has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Illinois State University in Occupational Health and Safety and has been a part of the Bloomington/Normal community as a student and now as an adult. Monica is married and has two lovely children, so family is important to her and so is taking care of your real estate needs.

We had the privilege of working with Monica TWICE. When we moved to IL in 2022 she was our realtor. She was so patient showing us many homes that fit our criteria until we narrowed down our choices to a few. Although we had purchased homes in the past, the IL process was different. She made it seamless keeping us updated at each step. It was a no brainer to call her when we wanted to sell the home three years later to move to our forever home in NC.
